Leader Computer Pty Ltd
June 2024–PresentCloud Operations Analyst
I work in Leader Cloud, the cloud division of Leader Computer Pty Ltd, an Australian IT distributor. Leader Cloud distributes Microsoft and multi-vendor cloud products to resellers and managed service providers; its public marketing website is separate from its authenticated purchasing portal.
I work with finance, product, sales and management stakeholders, including Leader Systems account managers who also sell Leader Cloud software.

Data & Reporting Automation
- Independently replaced days of manual Excel consolidation with Power BI reporting, integrating SQL Server sales and manager-maintained targets in SharePoint-hosted Excel.
- Configured state-based row-level security and first-of-month report distribution with Power Automate.
- Created historical reporting pages in SharePoint and a DirectQuery sales dashboard with five-minute updates against monthly targets. Product/account drill-through helped sales identify upgrade opportunities during a Copilot promotion.
- Automated invoice reconciliation with Python PDF extraction, SQL billing comparisons and reusable vendor templates. Subsequent one-click runs took under 30 seconds and flagged underbilling/overbilling.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Gathered requirements from finance, product, sales and management, and developed user stories and CRM workflow improvements.
- Delivered dashboard workshops for account managers and adapted vendor product configurations to purchasing and fulfilment workflows.
- Collaborated with external developers through Confluence on platform issues and updates.
Application Support & Cloud Operations
- Provided L1/L2 support as part of the broader role, using HaloPSA and Atera for Microsoft 365 and business application requests.
- Handled licence provisioning, vendor onboarding and portal pricing/policy updates. Some products required manual fulfilment by support through vendor portals.
- During downtime, checked logs and service health, restarted services, managed requests, escalated to developers and communicated with customers.
